"Security, Sustainability and Stewardship”

30 October 2025, Hotel Shangri-La, New Delhi

Water is a critical input for the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector, playing a central role across the entire value chain—from agricultural sourcing and processing to manufacturing and product formulation. Recognizing water as a fundamental resource for the sector’s growth and resilience, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), through the CII Water Institute, organized the 2nd National Conference on Water Stewardship in the Food & Beverage Sector 2025 on the theme “Security, Sustainability and Stewardship.”

Against the backdrop of increasing water scarcity, climate variability, and rising environmental and regulatory challenges, the Conference provided a focused platform for industry leaders, policymakers, technology providers, and sustainability experts to deliberate on strengthening water stewardship practices within the F&B sector.
